Udinese are in talks to sign Novara midfielder Bruno Fernandes, says Fabrizio Larini
Udinese are in advanced talks to sign Novara midfielder Bruno Fernandes, according to sporting director Fabrizio Larini.
The 18-year-old has turned heads in his debut season in Serie B, scoring three goals in 14 appearances and reportedly attracting the attention of a host of Serie A clubs.
But it appears the Bianconeri have stolen a march in the race to sign the Portuguese, with Larini telling Tuttomercatoweb.com: "There is a deal, it is true.
"We have spoken and we're talking about it with Novara as perhaps other people are doing.
"We hope to reach an agreement as soon as possible."
