CM Punk and Ryback get the better of their rivals ahead of WrestleMania
The Undertaker's unbeaten streak at WrestleMania could turn to dust on Sunday night - but on Raw, he was covered in it.
The Phenom addressed the WWE Universe in Washington, DC on Monday evening, vowing that even if CM Punk was to shatter his 20-0 unblemished record at the Show of Shows this weekend, the Second City Saint would not live to tell the tale.
But once The Undertaker had finished expelling his rage towards his newest nemesis, Paul Heyman emerged, flanked by druids, in a macabre imitation of the Dead Man's late manager, Paul Bearer's, entrance.
The Demon of Death Valley attempted to lash out but was struck by one of Heyman's cloaked mignons, quickly revealed to be his WrestleMania opponent, Punk, who then emptied the contents of Bearer's iconic urn over the fallen Phenom in a potential prelude to Sunday.
Meanwhile, John Cena and The Rock explained why they would beat the other at MetLife Stadium and surface as the WWE Champion, while Shawn Michaels announced that he would be in the corner of Triple H for the Game's potentially career-ending match against Brock Lesnar in New Jersey.
Randy Orton, Sheamus and Big Show geared up for their 'Mania melee with The Shield by besting 3MB; Wade Barrett, who will defend his Intercontinental Champion against The Miz on Sunday, vanquished Zack Ryder; and The Bella Twins edged The Funkadactyls.
Elsewhere, Alberto Del Rio beat Zeb Colter by disqualification after the bearded provocateur and Jack Swagger attacked the Mexican Aristocrat and his ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez; while Chris Jericho knocked off Antonio Cesaro - before being bludgeoned once more by Fandango.
Plus, Dolph Ziggler defeated Daniel Bryan and Ryback showed he has the mind to back up his muscle, throwing Santino Marella onto his WrestleMania adversary Mark Henry to pummel the World's Strongest Man without contravening the pair's strict no contact clause.
