Nicolai Klindt finds a new role with the Peterborough Panthers
Peterborough have signed Danish International Nicolai Klindt as they look to get their troubled season back-on-track.
Klindt, recently released by Elite League rivals King's Lynn, replaces Norbert Kosciuch in a Panthers team which has lost three out of four home matches and faces Poole on Thursday.
Manager Jan Staechmann said: "It's never pleasant to have to make the call that a rider is being stood down - especially when it is one of the sport's nice guys.
"However, Norbert was the first to admit that he is not having the best of times at the moment and that it wasn't really coming together for him.
"Nicolai is a young man with an impressive CV, which includes both World Cup and Grand Prix experience, as well as being a regular performer on the international stage.
"I know he will be out to prove a point on track and get back to the kind of form we all know he is capable of."
