Ten-man Brazil and Chile draw 2-2 in friendly at Mineirao Stadium
Ten-man Brazil and Chile drew 2-2 in a friendly at the Mineirao Stadium in Belo Horizonte.
The visitors took an early lead as midfielder Cesar Cortes' header was saved by Diego Cavalieri and Marc Gonzalez converted the rebound.
Brazil almost levelled in the 15th minute, but Jadson's long-range shot hit the crossbar, with Ronaldinho's rebound effort saved by Johnny Herrera, but they did get the equaliser when Rever headed home Neymar's corner.
During the second half, Alexandre Pato assisted Neymar, who only had to push the ball into the goal to fire Brazil ahead, but Eduardo Vargas fired his side level in the 64th minute with a superb long-range shot.
In injury time, Braulio Leal fouled Fernando Meneses and was sent off.
